This year's  Festival  will feature four days of jeep tours, nature hikes, evening socials, and afternoon lectures about birds, bugs, plants, mammals, geology,  paleontology, and reptiles. The Festival is being sponsored by the Big Bend Chamber of Commerce for the first time, but we are continuing many of the trips and leaders that have made this festival a success in previous years, while adding several exciting new tours and instructors.

Local outfitters will be offering discounted rates for participants who want to explore by horse, jeep, or canoe and local lodging and dining facilities and will be offering special deals. click on images for full size
